All items are shipped from Canada. They are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Canadian Shipping
Letter mail is an option on smaller items that fit through the mail slot. These are sent untracked and do not come with any insurance.
Standard - We have changed to Chit Chats Select Shipping who partners with other shipping companies at discounted rates (mainly Canada Post or CanPar mainly). They give us a good rate on shipping allowing us to pass those savings on to you. Delivery is between 2-8 business days depending on region.

All orders ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means all duties, tariffs, and customs fees are handled in advance by us. Thanks to our eligibility under CUSMA, your order will arrive with no surprise charges, no extra fees, and no delays at the border.

International shipping is dependant on location and the travel time is unpredictable although always tracked. I do not guarantee timing for International shipping and duties or taxes may occur. Returns are not accepted on declined items due to duties.
